Enhanced Lender experience with detailed borrower information, built by Maple
Detailed borrower information can now be accessed via the ‘Borrower’ tab within each Pool on app.maple.finance.
Built by Maple, so Lenders can make informed decisions, the new feature visualizes on-chain data and makes detail on borrowers’ company, use of funds, and credit history easily accessible on the Pool page.
On-chain lending provides broad access to new and transparent lending opportunities but doesn’t always provide the simplicity or information necessary for broad adoption.
Even on Maple, Lenders have historically had to research borrowers themselves, interpret on-chain data, or dive deep into Pool strategy decks to gather information needed to make lending decisions. We see this as an unnecessary friction and a blocker to broad adoption, so we improved the Pool pages to include information on who borrowers are, their use of borrowed funds, and credit history alongside loan details. With this build, we enhance the lender experience by saving them time when assessing the opportunity that’s right for them.
To access this information yourself, just navigate to any Pool and click on the ‘Borrower’ tab on app.maple.finance.
